Schematic
Acquire Floor Plans (New Construction)
Survey, verify and document the space
Convert into AutoCAD (Renovation or current floor plan is not on file)
Design Development
Execute the concept and create the design
Create formal floor plans (furniture, electrical and materials)
Develop detailed drawings, schematics and elevations
Develop detailed specifications for all custom elements (furniture, cabinetry, tiles, etc)
Choose all interior components from various design showrooms which include: Selection of furniture, lighting, fabrics and finishes
Finalize specifications of architectural plan and details, lighting, materials, furnishings, equipment and budgets
Client Presentation
Present the master design and detailed finishes
Make design adjustments
Design Documentation
Meet with all vendors, contractors, team professionals and consultants to ensure all aspects of the project are properly documented.
Coordinate with each professional to execute their responsibilities and meet with the scheduled move-in date
On site visits to oversee and supervise work throughout the duration of the project
Purchasing + Procurement
Place orders accordingly to meet the move-in date
Track orders with all vendors
Coordinate crating and shipping
Receiving and Inspection
Schedule deliveries
Installation
Coordinate all vendors and tradespeople with specific timelines of installation
Complete the design and stylize the areas within the agreed scope of services
Post-Evaluation
Meet with the client to evaluate the project results
